The proceeds of sales can be taken out of Cyprus as follows:

• the amount equal to the purchase price
• any profit exceeding original purchase price in yearly instalments of 5.000,00 CYP commencing from the year following the year of sale.

The property can be sold by an alien to an alien and the sale proceeds to be paid abroad whereby no restrictions come into force.
